One of the services that Hosted System offers is Digitisation. We will digitise, for you:

Documents

...into images and/or 100% accurate plain text through OCR combined with the human touch.

Digitise the index pages for your publications and offer a search facility on your web site with on-line ordering of publications; or digitise the previously published periodical, magazine or book and offer the sale either as a download extract or via external media.

Photographs

...albums, personal or commercial. We will create a database for you including tags to find the photographs, uploads with geotagging, reference to external media - the possibilities of a digital image are endless.

If you have a library of hardcopy photos that need cleaning and digitising, with maybe a searchable database allowing the user an easy way of finding and downloading the image, we can do that for you.

We have in the past brought in specialist graphic designers to retouch large quantities of photos. The results were outstanding.

Film and Media

...into formats and qualities of your choice. We can then distribute this content through online channels of your choice (special effects optional!).
